What free actually means here
Most “free” club software is a trial, a capped tier, or a plan that charges per member once you grow. This is the entire pricing model, with nothing held back.

Common questions
The questions clubs actually ask
Is ClubPal really free?
Yes. ClubPal costs £0 per month. There is no subscription, no setup fee, no contract, and no per-member charge. A club that takes no money through ClubPal pays nothing at all, permanently, and is not on a trial that expires.
What is the catch with free club management software?
With ClubPal there is one charge and it only applies to money you collect: 20p + 3.5% per transaction. Nothing is held back behind a paid tier, there is no member limit, and no feature is disabled on the free plan, because there is only one plan. The usual catch elsewhere is a per-member monthly fee that grows as your club grows, or a "zero fee" headline that still leaves a separate card processing charge landing on the club.
Is there a limit on how many members we can have?
No. There is no member cap and no price band based on club size. A club of 40 and a club of 4,000 pay the same, which is nothing until they take a payment.
What does ClubPal charge when we do take payments?
One flat fee of 20p + 3.5% per transaction, and nothing else. That covers card payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, with no separate processing fee arriving from a payment provider afterwards. Payments are taken in GBP and settle into your club's own UK bank account.
Do we need a card to sign up?
No. There is no card required to create a club site, no trial period counting down, and nothing to cancel if it turns out ClubPal does not suit your club.
Can a small volunteer-run club afford this?
Yes, and small clubs are what ClubPal is built for. Because the cost is a share of money actually collected rather than a monthly bill, a club with a quiet winter pays close to nothing over that period. There is no minimum spend to fall below.
