Beginners courses, range sessions, and subs
Fill a beginners course before it starts, cap each shooting session at the targets you have, and renew memberships without a paper form. Free for clubs of any size.

A club people can only join through a course
Archery has an unusual front door. Almost nobody walks in and joins: they come on a beginners course first, and most clubs run only a few a year with a handful of places on each. That makes the course the most important piece of admin the club does, and it is usually run from an inbox and a list kept in one volunteer's head.
ClubPal sells the course as a block of sessions paid upfront, capped at the places your coaches and equipment support, with a waiting list for when it fills. Completing it can be recorded against the archer as a qualification, and an eligibility rule then keeps club shooting sessions to archers who hold it.
Indoor winter sessions and outdoor summer ones sit on the same calendar with their own capacity and price, subs renew across senior, junior, student and family categories, and range rules and risk assessments live where members can find them.

The whole club's week, on one calendar
Sessions and club events sit on one calendar that every member can open on their phone. They book a place, pay in the same step when there is a fee, and the register is ready before anyone arrives.
Pictured is a demo club's week. Yours is set up the same way: create a session once, repeat it weekly, and cap it at the places you really have.

Questions from archery clubs
Is ClubPal free for archery clubs?
There is no subscription, no per-member charge and no feature tier. A club that takes no payments through ClubPal pays nothing at all. When you do take money, the fee is 20p + 3.5% per transaction with card processing already included.
Can shooting sessions be restricted to archers who have done a beginners course?
Yes. Record the course as a qualification on the archer's profile, then set that qualification as required on your club sessions. Members without it cannot book.
Can we run separate indoor and outdoor seasons?
Yes. Each session has its own venue, capacity and price, so indoor nights and outdoor sessions sit on the same calendar and you run whichever applies to the time of year.
Does ClubPal calculate handicaps or classifications?
No. A form can collect scores and the responses can be exported, but ClubPal does not work out handicaps, classifications or records. Clubs keep using their scoring tool for that.
Can we record Archery GB membership numbers?
Yes, in a custom profile field. ClubPal is not connected to Archery GB, so the club records the number rather than it being checked against their system.
