Every seat filled, every outing
An outing needs the right number of rowers, a cox and a coach on the bank. Take sign-ups against real seats, collect subs and racking fees, and keep safety records current.

A sport where one no-show ends the outing
Rowing is unforgiving about numbers in a way few club sports are. An eight needs eight rowers and a cox, and seven is not an outing. Most clubs manage that through a spreadsheet of availability and a group chat that goes quiet the night before, and somebody ends up ringing round at six in the morning.
ClubPal runs each outing as a session with a real capacity. Set the seats you have, let rowers book in, and a waiting list offers a dropped seat to the next person automatically. Squads keep to their own sessions through groups, erg and land training sit on the same calendar capped by the machines you own, and a learn to row course sells as a block of weeks paid upfront.
Around the water, subs renew across senior, junior, student, masters and social categories, racking fees and race entries are requested from the right people and tracked until paid, and coaching and launch driving qualifications are held with expiry dates.

The whole club's week, on one calendar
Sessions and club events sit on one calendar that every member can open on their phone. They book a place, pay in the same step when there is a fee, and the register is ready before anyone arrives.
Pictured is a demo club's week. Yours is set up the same way: create a session once, repeat it weekly, and cap it at the places you really have.
Try it with your own rowing club. Free to set up, no card required, and nothing to cancel.
Get started freeAvailability gathered in a chat, copied into a sheet, and out of date by the time the coach reads it.
The booking is the list. Whoever is booked on is who is coming, a cancellation frees the seat, and the next rower is offered it.

Questions from rowing clubs
Is ClubPal free for rowing clubs?
There is no subscription, no per-member charge and no feature tier. A club that takes no payments through ClubPal pays nothing at all. When you do take money, the fee is 20p + 3.5% per transaction with card processing already included.
Does ClubPal allocate boats or pick crews?
No. ClubPal takes sign-ups against the number of seats you set and records who attended. Which boat goes out and who sits where stays with the coach or captain.
Can a session be limited to one squad?
Yes. Put rowers in a group for their squad and set that group as required on the session. Only members of the group can book it.
Can we collect racking fees and race entry fees?
Yes. Raise a payment request to one member, several, or a whole group, each for the same amount. Members are emailed a link to pay by card, and the outstanding list shows who still owes what.
Can we record British Rowing membership numbers?
Yes, in a custom profile field. ClubPal is not connected to British Rowing, so the club records the number rather than it being checked against their system.
