An athletics club is not one group of people doing one thing. It is sprinters, distance runners, jumpers and throwers, split again by age group, each with a coach who needs a workable number of athletes in front of them. On a Tuesday at the track that is half a dozen sessions happening at once, and one committee trying to keep track of who is entitled to be at which.

How do age groups work?
Each age group is a membership package with an eligibility rule based on age, so an U13 cannot buy an U15 membership and a junior cannot buy a masters one. The rule is checked at sign-up, which is what stops the annual rollover becoming a manual audit.
Can parents book for junior athletes?
Yes. A parent manages each child as a linked profile under their own login, booking and paying on their behalf. Siblings can share the parent's email address as long as each has their own date of birth.
Can we track coaching licences, officials and DBS checks?
All of them are held as qualifications with award and expiry dates. A session can require a qualification of anyone who coaches it, and a dashboard lists what is about to lapse across the whole club.
Does it work for road, cross-country and track sections?
