Is ClubPal free for volleyball clubs?
There is no subscription, no per-member charge and no feature tier. A club that takes no payments through ClubPal pays nothing at all. When you do take money, the fee is 20p + 3.5% per transaction with card processing already included.
Can each squad have its own training sessions?
Yes. Put players in a group for their squad and set that group as required on the session. Only members of the group can book it, and you can email the group on its own.
Can we collect league registration and match fees?
Yes. Raise a payment request to one member, several, or a whole group, each for the same amount. Members are emailed a link to pay by card, and the outstanding list shows who still owes what.
Does ClubPal schedule fixtures or record results?
No. ClubPal does not schedule league fixtures or keep tables. It handles training, squads, fees, membership and messages. A home match can go on the club calendar as an event so members can see it.
Can we record Volleyball England registration?
Yes, in a custom profile field. ClubPal is not connected to Volleyball England, so the club records the number rather than it being checked against their system.
