Court booking software a volunteer club can afford

Most squash clubs are two to four courts run by a committee of volunteers, and the court sheet is either paper on the clubhouse wall or a shared calendar with a WhatsApp group arguing over it. The specialist booking platforms solve that properly, and charge a monthly subscription to do it. For a fifty member club that subscription is often the single largest fixed cost the club carries, larger than affiliation: since August 2024 England Squash charges clubs per court rather than per player, at £75 a court capped at six.
