Courts, coaching and subs, one system
Members book and pay for courts, juniors sign up to a term of coaching, and subs renew themselves. No monthly fee, whatever size your tennis club is.

Software for the club, not only the courts
A volunteer-run tennis club is two things at once. It is a set of courts that members want at seven on a weekday evening, and it is a programme: junior coaching on Saturday morning, a mix-in on Sunday, a cardio session, a team night. Most tennis software is built around the first and fits the second in where it can.
ClubPal handles both in the same place. Each court has its own availability, peak windows set by day and time, and its own cancellation rules, and the price is resolved from the booker's membership at checkout, so a member, a junior and a guest see three different rates without anyone checking at the gate. Coaching and club sessions run with a real capacity and a waiting list, and a term of junior coaching sells as a block paid upfront.
Subs renew across adult, junior, family, student and social categories with eligibility rules attached, the club website is included, and there is no monthly bill sitting behind any of it through the winter.

The whole club's week, on one calendar
Sessions and club events sit on one calendar that every member can open on their phone. They book a place, pay in the same step when there is a fee, and the register is ready before anyone arrives.
Pictured is a demo club's week. Yours is set up the same way: create a session once, repeat it weekly, and cap it at the places you really have.
Try it with your own tennis club. Free to set up, no card required, and nothing to cancel.
Get started freeSoftware built around tennis courts is good at slots, and LTA-registered venues get ClubSpark without a subscription. If courts are most of what your club does, that is a strong option.
Clubs whose week is mostly sessions, coaching and membership, and clubs outside the LTA scheme that would be paying a subscription for court software.
Built for how a tennis club actually runs

Questions from tennis clubs
Is ClubPal free for tennis clubs?
There is no subscription, no per-member charge and no feature tier. A club that takes no payments through ClubPal pays nothing at all. When you do take money, the fee is 20p + 3.5% per transaction with card processing already included.
Does ClubPal control gates or floodlights?
No. ClubPal takes the booking and the payment, and does not connect to gate, door or floodlight hardware. A club that depends on access control tied to bookings is better served by court software that has it, such as ClubSpark.
Can a member book the same court at the same time every week?
Not as a repeating series yet. Each court booking is a single date. Regular club activity is different: a coaching group, a mix-in or a team night is a session, and sessions repeat weekly without being rebuilt.
Is ClubPal connected to the LTA?
No. LTA membership numbers can be held in a custom profile field, but ClubPal does not check them against the LTA, and LTA competitions and rankings stay where they are.
Can guests and non-members book a court?
Yes. Anyone you allow can book and pay at the rate you set for them, and a member's own rate is applied automatically from their membership. A guest needs a free account to make the booking.
