Every age group, one set of books

Under 12s to seniors, each with a coach, a court slot and fees to collect. Run subs, training and game fees from one place, with nothing to pay monthly.

Indoor court time is expensive. Chasing fees makes it worse

A community basketball club is a stack of age groups sharing a small amount of expensive court time. Each squad has its own coach, its own training slot and its own fixtures, and each home game brings officials to pay. The money to cover all of it comes in as subs, session fees and game fees, usually chased one parent at a time.

ClubPal puts each squad in a group with its own sessions, capped at the number a coach can run on the court you have. Fees are taken when a player books, or sold as a block for the term, and game fees are requested from a whole squad at once and tracked until paid. Age-based eligibility rules stop a player being signed up to the wrong group.

Subs renew across junior, senior and social categories, family accounts keep siblings under one login, and coaching qualifications and DBS checks are held with expiry dates so a lapsed one does not end up on a junior session.

Age groups that police themselves
Eligibility rules by age keep each player in the right squad, without a volunteer checking dates of birth.
Game fees requested from a squad
Ask a whole team for the same amount in one go, and see at a glance who has paid and who has not.
Coach DBS with expiry dates
Hold checks and coaching qualifications against each coach, and stop a lapsed one being put on a junior session.

A week of a club calendar with a training weekend running from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon, beside the club's regular swim, run and bike sessions

The whole club's week, on one calendar

Sessions and club events sit on one calendar that every member can open on their phone. They book a place, pay in the same step when there is a fee, and the register is ready before anyone arrives.

Pictured is a demo club's week. Yours is set up the same way: create a session once, repeat it weekly, and cap it at the places you really have.

Try it with your own basketball club. Free to set up, no card required, and nothing to cancel.

Built for how a basketball club actually runs

A session per squad
Each training slot with its own capacity, coach and price, repeating weekly, with a waiting list when it fills.
A term of training, paid upfront
Sell a block of sessions for the term with usage and expiry tracked, so court time is funded before it is used.
Families under one login
A parent manages every child in the club from one account, with linked profiles and family memberships.
Message one squad
Email the under 14s about a venue change without mailing the whole club, with GDPR-compliant tooling built in.
Playing kit and club wear
Sell kit with sizes and variations through the same checkout, and see every order in one place.
Attendance and income together
Which sessions fill and what each brings in, so the committee knows whether a court slot is paying for itself.

Questions from basketball clubs

Is ClubPal free for basketball clubs?

There is no subscription, no per-member charge and no feature tier. A club that takes no payments through ClubPal pays nothing at all. When you do take money, the fee is 20p + 3.5% per transaction with card processing already included.

Can we run separate age groups?

Yes. Each squad is a group with its own sessions, and eligibility rules by age decide who can join or book. A parent with children in two age groups manages both from one account.

Can we collect game fees from a team?

Yes. Raise a payment request to a whole group for the same amount. Each player or parent is emailed a link to pay by card, and the outstanding list shows who still owes what.

Does ClubPal handle fixtures, scores or player statistics?

No. ClubPal does not schedule league fixtures or record scores and statistics. It handles membership, training, fees, safeguarding records and messages. A home game can go on the club calendar as an event.

Can we record Basketball England licence numbers?

Yes, in a custom profile field. ClubPal is not connected to Basketball England, so the club records the number rather than it being checked against their system.
