Keep Foireann. We do the rest

Foireann handles membership, registration and injury fund cover, and nothing should change that. ClubPal is for everything around it: the grounds, the kit, the camps, the events, and the money that has nothing to do with membership.

Your registration system is not the problem

Every GAA, LGFA and Camogie club registers its members on Foireann, and has done since 2021. It is compulsory, it is free to the club, and it is tied to Injury Benefit Fund cover, so a claim from a player who was not registered on it at the date of injury is declined. No club platform should be asking you to move away from that, and this one is not.

The trouble is that a club is a great deal more than its membership list. Somebody is letting the pitch to the local school and chasing the invoice. Somebody is running a kit order off a WhatsApp thread and a shoebox. Somebody is taking cash at the gate, selling tickets to the club dinner, collecting for a summer camp, and keeping the club website going in their own time. None of that is what Foireann is for, and most of it is still being done on paper.

That is the gap ClubPal fills. It sits alongside Foireann rather than competing with it, and it costs nothing to run: no subscription, no per-member charge, and a fee only on money the club actually collects.

One thing ClubPal does not do, and it matters enough to say before you read any further: we do not run club lotto. There is no weekly draw, no ticket seller management and no lotto reporting, so if that is the job you came here to solve, this is not the page for it and a lotto platform will serve you better. Everything else on this page we do.

Your grounds, let and paid for
Schools, other clubs and community groups book the pitch or the hall online, with your availability rules and peak pricing, and pay at the point of booking rather than eventually.
Kit orders that close themselves
Run a county-colours order with sizes as variations, take the money upfront, and close it when the supplier deadline hits. No spreadsheet, no fronting the cost.
Camps, dinners and gate money
Summer camps with capacity per age group, tickets for the club dinner or a fundraiser night, all taken online and reconciled in one place.
Where the line sits
Two systems, and a clear split between them
Keep doing in Foireann

This is not a list of things ClubPal does worse. It is a list of things a GAA club is required to do in Foireann, and moving them would put Injury Benefit Fund cover at risk.

Member and player registration, across every code
Membership fees and the registration deadline
Anything the Club Registrar signs off
Bring into ClubPal

Everything a club does that is not registration, most of which is currently living in a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group, or somebody's head.

Grounds and hall lettings, booked and paid online
Kit orders, camps, events and gate money
The club website, forms and club documents

The jobs Foireann was never meant to do

Pitch and hall lettings
A bookable calendar for your grounds with availability rules, peak and off-peak pricing, and automatic reminders, so lettings stop depending on one person answering the phone.
Camps with age-group capacity
Run a summer camp with a separate limit per age group, a waiting list that promotes automatically, and payment taken at sign-up.
Club shop and kit
Jerseys, shorts, socks and training gear with sizes, stock control and discount codes, ordered and paid for online.
Consent and medical forms
Photography permission, medical notes and camp consent collected once as a form rather than as forty scanned pages in an inbox.
A club website you can actually edit
Fixtures, results, notes and sponsors, updated by whoever is free that week rather than by whoever built the site in 2014.
Money that is not membership
Gate takings, camp fees, lettings, kit and tickets, all through one checkout with Apple Pay and Google Pay, settling into the club account in euro.
