Your account dashboard

The page a member lands on in their own account, showing their membership, what they owe, what they have booked, and the profiles they manage.

Every member has an account area of their own, separate from the club's admin area. It opens on a Dashboard that gathers the things a member usually signs in to check: what their membership is doing, what they owe, and what they have coming up.

Getting there

Click your profile picture in the top right of any page and choose My Profile. That lands on the Dashboard.

Everything else in your account sits in the menu down the side of that page: Edit Profile, Change Password, Change Email, Security, Inbox, Notifications, Privacy, Managed Profiles, Bookings, Attendance History, Membership, Passes, Payment Methods, Payments, Orders, and Delete Account at the bottom.

Note

Edit Profile is where you change your name, contact details and profile fields. It is a separate page from the Dashboard, so opening your account no longer drops you straight into a form.

What's on the dashboard

Cards appear only when they have something to show, and only when the club has that feature switched on. A club not taking payments never sees the payment cards, and a member with no linked profiles never sees the profiles card.

Membership

At the top: your package, your membership status, a bar showing how far through the term you are, and the date it renews or expires.

If your membership has lapsed or expired, a Renew membership button appears here. If you have never held one, you are offered See membership options instead.

While a membership is active, this card also carries the Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet button for your membership card. See Digital wallets.

Things needing attention

Alerts appear above everything else when there is something only you can deal with:

  • Confirm your details, when your club has asked members to check their profile is up to date.
  • Card expiring, when your membership is set to renew automatically and your saved card expires within the next two months. A card expiring on an account that renews nothing is not flagged, because nothing is going to try to charge it.

Payments due

Everything you currently owe the club, in one list with a total, overdue items first and then by how soon they are due:

  • Payment requests the club has sent you. See Payment requests.
  • Unpaid session bookings, shown as a single row rather than one per booking, because they are all settled together on the same page.
  • Venue hire with payment outstanding. There is no self-service way to pay for venue hire, so this row tells you to contact the club rather than offering a button that would not work.
  • Unpaid ticket holds, where you have reserved event tickets but not paid for them yet.

Upcoming Bookings

Your next five commitments, whatever kind they are, in date order: session bookings, event tickets, and venue hire.

Tip

Venue hire with money outstanding appears in both Payments due and Upcoming Bookings. That is deliberate: one is a list of what you owe, the other a list of where you need to be.

Managed profiles

If you manage other people's profiles, for example a parent managing children's memberships, they are listed here so you can switch between them. The profile you are currently acting as is marked Current. See Linked profiles.

Recent activity

Your last five payments, store orders, ticket purchases and session attendances, newest first, so you can confirm something went through without hunting for the page that records it.

Account

Your settings and personal details, each row showing where it currently stands rather than only offering a link: Payment methods, Notifications, Privacy, Security, and your saved details such as email, mobile, date of birth and emergency contact.
