Club branding
Customise your club logo, app icon, colours, page banners, welcome message, and social links.
You can customise the appearance of your club's platform from Admin > General Settings. This includes your club's logo, favicon, colours, and other branding elements.
Logo
Your club logo is displayed in the top navigation bar across the platform. For best results, upload an image with a 3:1 aspect ratio (for example, 900×300 pixels). PNG, JPG, and SVG formats are supported.
To upload or change your logo, go to Admin > General Settings, click the logo area, and select your image file.
App icon
Your club's app icon is used as the browser favicon, and as the icon shown when a member installs ClubPal to their home screen, including on Apple devices and in Google Wallet. For best results, upload a square image at least 512×512 pixels in PNG or JPG format.
To upload or change your app icon, go to Admin > General Settings, click the app icon area, and select your image file. New icon sizes are generated in the background, so it may take a few moments for the updated icon to appear everywhere.
Club colours
ClubPal uses a theme system to apply your club's colours consistently across the platform. The following colour properties can be configured:
| Property | Description |
|---|---|
| Primary colour | Your club's main colour, used for buttons and links |
| Secondary colour | An alternative colour used for some buttons. If you don't have a secondary colour, you can use the same value as your primary colour |
| Navigation background | The background colour of the top navigation bar |
| Banner colour | The background colour of the banner at the top of each page |
To change your club colours, click the palette icon on the side of any page to open the Theme Builder panel. Use the colour pickers to adjust each property, then click Apply Theme to save your changes. Changes take effect immediately for all visitors to your club's site.
To undo unsaved changes, click Discard Changes. To remove all customisation and return to the default theme, click Revert to Default.
Page banners
Several top-level pages support a custom banner image displayed behind the page title, including Home, Sessions, Calendar, Membership, Passes, Store, Facility Hire, Payments, Contact, and content pages.
To add a banner, go to the page and click the Banner button in the page toolbar (requires the Manage Content permission), then select an image. For best results, upload an image with a 4:1 aspect ratio (for example, 1600×400 pixels). Your image is automatically cropped and resized on upload.
To remove a banner, click the trash icon next to the Banner button on the same page.
If a page doesn't have a banner image set, the Banner colour from your Club colours is shown instead.
