New features
Deposits on venue hire
Members can hold a facility booking with a deposit. The balance is charged to their saved card automatically before the booking. Requires ClubPal Payments.
Multi-day venue hire
Pricing tiers can be set in minutes, hours or days, and a booking can now run across midnight for up to 30 days. Weekly availability is now one choice per day: Closed, All day or Custom hours.
Payout statements
Each payout now breaks down into the payments, fees, refunds and disputes that make it up, and Export statement downloads it as a CSV for Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent or Sage.
Coaching roles
Define coaching roles such as paddleboard or check-in in Session Settings, then set how many of each a session needs. Coaches book into a role, and the bookings page shows which roles are still unfilled.
Connect an AI assistant
Admins can connect an assistant such as Claude and ask questions about their club's data. Read only, and limited to what the admin can already see. Off until a System Administrator enables Allow AI Assistant Connections? in Admin > Settings.
Chat inbox
Chat is now a two-pane inbox, with an unread count on a new chat icon in the header. Channel messages no longer appear in the bell. Chat images now load as thumbnails and open in a viewer.
Draft events
An event can be saved as a draft, visible only to its creator and anyone with Manage Events until it is published.
Ticket cancellation and refund windows
An event's Cancellation Window and Refund Window are now enforced, and a new Members can cancel their tickets switch lets you turn member cancellation off.
Event galleries
Events have a Media tab for photos and videos, like sessions. Session leaders and coaches can now manage the gallery for the sessions they run.
Featured sessions and events
Feature a single session or event date on your homepage from its actions menu. Featured items show as a list, up to five.
New page blocks
Markdown (with sortable, searchable tables pasted from a spreadsheet), YouTube and Contact Form. Add Block now opens a searchable panel, and the Sessions List block can filter by category.
Conditional profile fields
Sign-up form groups and fields can be shown only when they apply, based on age, gender or an earlier answer. Required fields are now enforced when a member signs up or edits their profile.
Member photo import
A member import can bring members' photos across from a zip file.
Improvements
- Sessions: coaches now receive session reminders.
- Sessions: session tiles show the full duration, such as 1h 30m.
- Club website: blog pages, blog posts and the calendar page can carry a hero banner.
- Payments: rejected verification documents are shown with the reason and can be re-uploaded, and a Payouts are on hold banner appears until resolved.
- Payments: Payments > Requests is renamed Outstanding Payments.
- Member import: Data Review matches families sharing an email on email and date of birth.
- Settings: Contact Form Recipients accepts several addresses separated by semicolons.
- Statistics: admin statistics now use your club's own calendar day and include settled payment requests. Some past monthly totals may change slightly.
- Mobile: form fields no longer jump in size when tapped, and paste works in the app.
Fixes
- Fixed cards added from Payment Methods failing when charged later. Cards added between 8 September and this release need adding again.
- Fixed imported custom profile field values not showing.
- Fixed Update existing members on import resetting gender and consent to contact when those columns were blank or unmapped.
- Fixed typed groups in a membership package's Member Effects being dropped on save.
- Fixed dates of birth being rejected at sign-up for eurozone clubs on US English browsers.
- Fixed Booking Profile Fields in Session Settings failing when cleared.
- Fixed facilities with a whole-day pricing tier never showing available times.
- Fixed members receiving a push notification for their own chat message.
- Fixed Google Wallet passes failing for clubs with their own app icon.
- Fixed draft events showing a broken chat panel.
- Fixed deleted sessions, events and channels leaving chat notifications behind.
- Fixed the Android app closing as soon as a member signed in to a club (app version 1.0.3).
