Forms

From spreadsheet chaos to one clean response list

ClubPal Forms replaces the spreadsheet-and-email approach most clubs use to collect information. Build a form from groups of questions, share it with one friendly link, and let responses flow straight into ClubPal instead of a dozen inboxes and shared spreadsheet tabs.

The same builder covers race result submissions, club surveys, event sign-ups, consent forms, and accident reports. Forms reuse the same field types as your membership profiles, so it feels familiar from day one, and every response can be reviewed or exported when you need it.

One link, every response
Share a single web link and every submission lands in one place, ready to review, no more chasing emails or spreadsheet tabs.

Anonymous or login-required
Open a form to anyone with the link for public surveys, or require sign-in when you need submissions tied to a member account.

Review or export
Read submissions inside ClubPal as they arrive, or export everything for further analysis and record-keeping.

Built for volunteer clubs

One builder for every kind of form

Race results, without the WhatsApp archaeology

Publish a form before your event and let runners submit their own time and category. By the time you're back at the clubhouse, every result is already sitting in one list, ready to publish or export.

Runners submit their own result

Every entry lands in one consistent list

Export straight to your leaderboard

Surveys, consent, and accident reports too

The same builder runs your AGM feedback survey, takes sign-ups for a social or training camp, collects signed parental consent, and replaces the paper accident book: a coach reports an injury from their phone and your welfare officer has it by email straight away.

Anonymous, login-optional survey responses

Consent forms tied to a signed-in account

Accident reports emailed to your welfare officer
