ClubPal Forms
Build your own forms and surveys directly in ClubPal, whether you need to collect race results, run a member survey, or gather event sign-ups. Forms support required and optional fields, anonymous or logged-in responses, and optional open and close dates.
The Manage Forms permission controls who can create and manage forms for your club.
Improvements
Archive forms
The forms list now shows each form's creation date and can be archived and unarchived to keep the active list tidy, without affecting a form's responses or public availability.
Session leader and coach access
Members assigned as a session leader, or booked on as a coach, can now edit, manage bookings for, and view attendee details on the sessions they lead or coach, without needing the Manage Sessions permission. This access is scoped to their own sessions only; cancelling and deleting sessions still requires Manage Sessions.
